Beginning with a Google search on whether photographs should be deleted, the work incorporates film envelopes collected by my father alongside essays reflecting on photo-taking, memory and relationships with the photographers in my life. Layered collages, found artefacts, photographs and cyanotypes come together as both a personal archive and an exploration of design through material, image and form.
