Once Upon a Bookworm
A collaborative work with Clueyc, this is a zine inspired by childhood memories of the Bookworm Club, a distinctly Singaporean literary universe and its familiar cast of young characters. The project reimagines the children reunited as adults in 2025 through an illustrated comic, alongside playful features such as crossword puzzles and starter-pack memes. Referencing the franchise’s Smarty magazines, the publication recreates the lively, activity-filled spirit of children’s magazines from the 1990s.
A Year of Good Things
2027 Calendar featuring an illustration of my grandmother’s kitchen, recreated through vivid memories of her familiar staples: eggs, white bread, a jug of Lipton black tea and a rice cooker. Designed as a warm and comforting object, the calendar offers a hopeful reminder that the year ahead may be filled with good things.

A personal artist’s book and zine exploring the role of printed matter in an increasingly digital culture. Beginning with a Google search on whether photographs should be deleted, the work incorporates film envelopes collected by my father alongside essays reflecting on photo-taking, memory and relationships with the photographers in my life. Layered collages, found artefacts, photographs and cyanotypes come together as both a personal archive and an exploration of design through material, image and form.
Lost in the Supermarket
A personal artist’s book and zine that began as a cookbook before evolving into a notebook of memories, reflections and sketches. Exploring the ways food becomes intertwined with relationships, places and personal histories, the work documents fragments gathered while a larger cookbook project continues to develop in the background.
West Coast Neighbourhood Guide
A self-initiated neighbourhood guide to West Coast, focusing on the area’s quieter residential character and surrounding natural spaces. Centred on an illustrated map of West Coast Park, the guide highlights places where visitors may encounter local wildlife, including monitor lizards, monkeys and wildfowl, offering a playful introduction to the neighbourhood through observation and exploration.
