The end of the circuit breaker seems almost like springtime again in our city. We have been staying home, and not venturing out further than our own neighbourhoods. Stepping out in the last few days, we have seen growing mounds of long grass speckled with tiny flowers.

Our landscape is always well maintained, so the untrimmed beauty of these wild foliage is seldom seen. It is a pretty (if temporary) sight, and feels like a nice welcome back to some parts of our lives.
